i love the breath of the wind on my neck,

blowing my hair away from my face,

reviving me and filling me with a freshness only nature can give.

i love the gentle touch of the sun on my face, 

stilling the slight shiver that runs through my body

calming me and putting to rest the worries of my mind

i love the humming sound of nature that meets my ear,

reminding me that birds, bees, and creatures,

are working in this new spring day.

i love the peaceful night,

when everything  and everyone is quiet,

and the cloud mottled sky, 

with stars peeping from behind,

watch over the close of the day.

we all have things we're looking forward too,

and we always will.

but while we wait for those things, we need to focus on the now.

what's happening in life right now?

not next week, next month, next year,

now.

sometimes when you're living in the moment it becomes more than a moment,

it becomes a memory; and those are what last.

you all know i'm looking forward to summer, 

but in order to celebrate the now i'm enjoying spring.

and i have changed my blog design in honor of it. 

it is very much pink, but who can't use a little more pink in their life?

i also want to say, thank you all of you for your many sweet comments.

they mean so much to me.
